Terms
How we price, deliver and bill what you order, and what we need from you in return.
Last updated 13 October 2026
Awan Farms delivers fresh dairy and pantry staples in Lahore. Our address is Barki Road, Lahore.
These terms cover what you can expect from us, and what we need from you, when you order from this website or run a subscription with us. They apply to one-off orders, to trial and sample deliveries, and to subscriptions.
You need an account to place an order or to start a subscription, and an order has to be delivered to an address saved on it. You can sign in with a password, with a link sent to your email address, or with Google.
Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Anyone signed in to your account can see your addresses, your orders and your subscriptions, and can change your deliveries.
The name, phone number and address you give us are what we deliver to, so please keep them correct and up to date.
A subscription is a standing order: the same item arrives on the rhythm you chose, without you ordering again each time.
For a change to a single delivery — skipping one day, an extra bottle, or a different quantity for one morning — send us a message through the contact form and we will make the change for you.
An order can be cancelled at any time before the delivery route sets out. Once the route has left, that delivery is on its way and cannot be called back.
We deliver in Lahore, in two slots:
You choose your slot when you set up a subscription, and it stays the same for every delivery on that subscription.
For sample deliveries and your first trial order, the glass bottles must be returned to our delivery partner at the time of delivery. Once you subscribe, for every subsequent delivery you will need to return the empty glass bottles from the previous delivery at the time of the next delivery.
There is no deposit to pay for the bottles, and no fine.
Tell us, and share a photo or a video with us as proof.
You then choose what happens next: either we replace it, or we reduce your bill by that amount. It is your choice, not ours.
This page describes how we work today. When something here changes, we update this page and change the date at the top. A subscription price already fixed at signup is not affected by a change to this page.
For any question about these terms, or about an order or a subscription, use the contact form.
